Since I use number keypad for password, would it be possible to get it turned on with Windows 10 Start.

Solution from Incident 23750:

Edited the registry as myself and went to the registry key: "HKEY_USERS\Default\Control Panel\Keyboard" and changed the "InitialKeyboardIndicators" entry value data to 2
