This is due to a conflict between 2 instances of the webex programs in things i've seen so far. in order to resolve:


  1. Uninstall all webex
  2. cclean
  3. Reinstall webex via Software Center



When logged in as yourself on the user's PC (could possibly do so while logged in as the user)
