This Error is generally related to AMD graphics cards. First you'll want to make sure the graphics card is updated to the latest version. Then you want to go to C:\Windows\System32 and name the file "atig6pxx.dll" to "atig6pxx.dll.bak"
Now the Amd graphics card should work.
