First delete the outlook profile by going to Control Panel>User Accounts>Mail>Show Profiles and then remove the current profile
After that, go ahead and then restart the user's PC.
After the PC has rebooted and logged back to the same location listed earlier, but this time add a profile
Name the profile outlook, follow the prompts and the outlook profile should then be created.
Open outlook for the profile to repopulate emails within outlook
