There have been reported issues that Photoshop 2019 is crashing at startup on Windows 10 computer using version 1703. We have confirmed this is not a problem with Windows 10 computers using 1709 or higher. There is a workaround for the application.

  1. Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019
  2. Find the file Photoshop.exe
  3. Right Click on the File and Select Properties
  4. Select the Compatibility Tab
  5. Check mark the option “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 8
  6. Apply Settings and Click OK

Photoshop 2019 should now run in Windows 10 1703.
